process. We want to establish a long-term relationship with you and your family
so we can be there for you when a loved one dies, or if critical situations
arise that call for professional legal assistance.
We will meet with you to determine
your goals and concerns. We will explain applicable tax and other laws that
apply in your situation. We will help you evaluate all of your options. Then,
together, we will craft an estate planbe it simple, conservative,
sophisticated or complexto fit your own unique needs and desires.

you say, in order to understand your needs, goals and desires; to take into
account your concerns, fears and frustrations; to keep everything you tell us
confidential; to understand who you are and what you seek to accomplish; and to
use our best efforts on your behalf.
