|Estate planning is a very personal
process. We want to establish a long-term relationship with you and your family
so we can be there for you when a loved one dies, or if critical situations
arise that call for professional legal assistance.
We will meet with you to determine
your goals and concerns. We will explain applicable tax and other laws that
apply in your situation. We will help you evaluate all of your options. Then,
together, we will craft an estate planbe it simple, conservative,
sophisticated or complexto fit your own unique needs and desires.
First and foremost, we believe in communicating with
you in plain English so you can understand all of the issues involved in estate
planning, and all of your available options. Together we can review the
advantages and disadvantages of different choices. We believe in preventing
problems, and we know that our many years of working exclusively in the estate
planning field and staying on top of developments in the law will enable us to
provide you with expert advice and insight.
We promise to listen carefully to what
you say, in order to understand your needs, goals and desires; to take into
account your concerns, fears and frustrations; to keep everything you tell us
confidential; to understand who you are and what you seek to accomplish; and to
use our best efforts on your behalf.
We will be good stewards of your time and money. We
will use all of our knowledge, skills and expertise to assist you in achieving
your estate planning and wealth transfer objectives. Above all, we will treat
you with dignity and respect.
