Karen Gerstner is the sole shareholder and principal of Karen S. Gerstner & Associates, P.C., a law firm specializing in estate planning and probate law. Karen is Board Certified in Estate Planning and Probate Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization and is a Fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel, where she serves on the Employee Benefits in Estate Planning Committee, Practice Committee and Communications Committee. Karen is a frequent speaker at Continuing Professional Education programs, and is also a member of numerous professional organizations where she is serving or has served on the Board and in various officer positions. Karen and her husband, Jim, have been married since 1979. Karen and Jim have three daughters, Laura, Allison and Elizabeth (Libby), and one grandchild, Winifred Olivia Walbridge ("Winnie").
